All weapon and loot changes for Apex Legends Season 9: Legacy

Apex Legends Flavour 9: Legacy is an extremely bold flavour when information technology comes to changes to boodle and weaponry. It is the get-go flavour to introduce ii brand-new Hop-Ups, the starting time to introduce a weapon that isn't a gun, and also the first to introduce a new weapon course. These changes are going to take a lot of what players know well-nigh Noon Legends and throw it out the window. Let'southward take a look at all of these changes.

New Weapon, Ammo, and Classification: Bocek Bow, Arrows, Marksman

Bocek Compound Bow
Paradigm via Respawn

The rumored Marksman class is finally hither. It falls between the style of an Assault Rifle and a Sniper Rifle, congenital for mid-range. There are four weapons in this new classification are the G7 Scout, Triple Take, 30-30 Repeater, and the brand-new Bocek Bow. The Bocek is non a gun, but rather a compound bow. It uses a brand-new ammo type specific to that weapon: Arrows. They will be less common than other ammo types since they are simply compatible with one weapon.

Care Parcel changes

Care Package in the Arena
Epitome via Respawn

The abbreviated version of these changes is that the Triple Take is going into the Intendance Package, and the Peacekeeper is returning to the basis loot. For more than details, view our guide specifically on this topic.

Hop-Up rotation

This is the beginning season to introduce two new Hop-Ups at the aforementioned time, and not simply they are both compatible with the new Bocek Bow, but they tin exist stacked. The Shatter Caps widens the spread of a shot to brand it fire like a shotgun (Bocek Bow and xxx-xxx Repeater). The Deadeye's Tempo raises fire rate when firing at the correct pace (Bocek Bow and Spotter). For more than information on these new Hop-Ups, read our usage guide.

The Hop-Ups that were removed this flavour were the Hammerpoint Rounds and Skullpiercer Rifling. All weapons formerly uniform with these Hop-Ups received buffs to help balance the removal. Nosotros will detail those buffs in the weapon changes section.

Gilded/Fully Kitted Weapons rotation

Fully Kitted Legacy Rotation
Prototype via Respawn

The Fully Kitted weapon gear up is seeing a major shift this season. Last season, players had the R-301 Carbine, xxx-30 Repeater, Mozambique, Longbow DMR, and Spitfire in the gold weapon lineup. This fourth dimension, there is only one auto-fire weapon in the whole lineup, and it'due south close range. Let'southward look at the new lineup.

  • Wingman
  • Bocek Bow
  • R-99 SMG
  • Hemlok Burst AR
  • Lookout

As usual, nosotros have one sniper rifle and the newest weapon in the rotation. The Wingman is an interesting pick, as the Hop-Up most preferred on it, the Skullpiercer Rifling, has been removed. The fully kitted version instead has the Quickdraw Hop-Up equipped. The Bocek Bow should come up with both of its Hop-Ups attached (Shatter Caps and Deadeye's Tempo). The Sentinel volition come equipped with the new Deadeye's Tempo Hop-Upwards. The Hemlok and R-99 accept no Hop-Up. The R-99 equally a gilt weapon is going to be very strong, and information technology will be interesting to meet how that comes into play.

Other Boodle Pool changes

Due to the introduction of the new Starter Kit, Level 1 Helmets and Level 1 Knockdown Shields have been permanently removed from the Boodle Pool. That said, Level i Evo Shields and Backpacks are still present.
